All products are made to order and printed on demand.

Please allow up to 3 business days for production and printing before your order is dispatched.

Once dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times:

• Production time: 1–3 business days
• UK delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days from the date of purchase.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and may vary during busy periods, including race weekends, holidays, and seasonal demand.

Returns & Refunds Policy

As all products are custom-made and printed to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

This applies to all products, including:

• Personalised race map prints
• Custom prints
• Framed prints
• Unframed prints

Each item is created specifically for the customer and cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution where necessary.

Please ensure all customisation details entered at checkout are correct before placing your order.

This includes:

• Runner name
• Finish time
• Race date
• Event details
• Any custom text

Orders are printed using the information provided at checkout, and changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
